• Manage full sales cycle including prospecting, managing the sales funnel, running needs analysis, product demos, qualifying and closing deals • Manage finance conversations and objections with C-Suite Executives • Meet and exceed individual and team targets • Selling across the US with focus on mid-market e-commerce businesses • Track leads and sales metrics, experiment with outreach approaches • Help drive process improvements to reduce credit losses, risk, customer frustration • Maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, act as partner for each client • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to maximize value for clients • Be a subject matter expert on finance options, e-commerce trends, and top verticals
• 4-6 years of selling experience, ideally in Fintech, SaaS, or Capital Markets • Enjoy prospecting new business and driving deals to closure • Creative thinker willing to go above and beyond for customers • Self-starter who can hold yourself accountable • Competitive with proven track record of exceeding sales targets • Consistently focused on improving financial, business, and sales acumen • Analytical, everything based on data • Strong negotiation skills
