• Analyze user behavioral trends and provide cross-functional teams with actionable insights into how users interact with our digital products. • Manage and report on product performance, proactively identifying areas of opportunities and growth levers through user funnel analysis. • Conduct product deep-dives to answer specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations to product and marketing. • Ensure that product usage data is tracked, structured, and accessible to product managers and other stakeholders by building out reporting capabilities for accurately tracking key metrics • Collaborate cross-functionally across analytics teams, engineering teams, and the growth team to improve the patient experience • Advise stakeholders across the company on how to best leverage product data in their own analysis and workflows • Provide leadership and advocacy for accurate product event tracking, documentation of definitions, and education around how to best structure and analyze data • Contribute to and support the data strategy across the business • Provide guidance around A/B testing measurement to ensure results are reliable, valid, and accurate • Help curate the experiment roadmap for the product and growth teams • Support the product & growth teams to define the KPIs and goals to optimize for • Define the success of tests as well as recommended improvements to the product from the results • Build business-facing dashboards and do in-depth analyses that state both the statistical significance and the business impact of an experiment • Communicate results of experiments and recommended next steps to relevant stakeholders
• Experience working with mobile apps • Experience working with retention metrics • Strong SQL skills • Experience in data modeling and statistics with a strong knowledge of experimental design and statistical inference • Experience dealing with event based data • Advanced knowledge of data visualization (such as Looker) • Knowledge of other analytics tools that can bring us to the next level
