• Craft and execute Tuatahi’s internal and external communications strategy to drive business goals. • Protect Tuatahi’s reputation with proactive work and reactive responses in traditional media and social media channels. • Deliver clear, effective communications to retail and supply side partners. • Collaborate with teams across Customer Experience, Brand/Sponsorship, and Proposition Marketing. • Build strong relationships across the business, offering effective communications support. • Lead a programme of internal communications that fosters a positive and engaged workplace culture. • Enhance and protect Tuatahi’s reputation with stakeholders by developing impactful communications. • Play a pivotal role in managing our brand’s reputation during challenging situations.
• A degree in communications, journalism, or a related field, and ideally practical experience in the industry. • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing internal and external communication strategies, with a track record of delivering impactful results. • Knowledge of both traditional and digital communication channels, including social media platforms. • Familiarity with PR and media practices, including experience collaborating with external agencies. • A proactive mindset with the ability to work across the business, identifying opportunities to effectively tell Tuatahi’s story.
