Description
⢠Deliver exceptional customer service including providing product knowledge to our Guests ⢠Work as a team to achieve sales goals ⢠Balance serving our Guests with other tasks in the store ⢠Handle cash transactions ⢠Must be available to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays ⢠While performing the duties of this position, Team Members are required to be on their feet for extended periods of time ⢠Working outdoors in all types of weather ⢠Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
Requirements
⢠You have 1-year of guest service or retail experience in a fast-paced environment ⢠You have cashier experience with a POS system ⢠You have a positive attitude and a strong desire to provide experiences Guests are amazed by ⢠You have a proven ability to exceed sales targets ⢠You proactively seek new product knowledge to serve as an expert to our Guests ⢠You have strong communications skills, multilingual is considered an asset ⢠You are highly collaborative and able to work in a team-oriented environment
