Description
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. • Work with hiring managers to identify talent needs and create job descriptions. • Provide HR generalist support, covering employee relations, performance management, and compliance. • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth experience. • Assist in implementing HR programs and initiatives to drive organizational growth. • Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies. • Offer guidance on HR best practices and maintain accurate employee records.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting and HR, ideally within ecommerce or tech environments. • Proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent across diverse roles. • Strong understanding of HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, and performance management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, 15Five) and applicant tracking systems.
