• Lead collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success to optimize processes. • Design and implement robust revenue forecasting models. • Develop models and strategies with the executive team to drive revenue. • Design customer journey workflow and establish best practices. • Analyze sales data to uncover trends and identify opportunities for growth. • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs). • Optimize CRM systems for precise reporting. • Lead cross-functional initiatives for improvements in lead generation and retention. • Align revenue goals with finance and provide reports to senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience a strong asset. • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations. • Experience building the RevOps function in a scale-up organization. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and revenue management tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude. • Detail and process-oriented with strong organizational skills.
