Description
• Develop and execute partnership strategy aligning with business objectives. • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners. • Lead negotiations and manage partnership agreements. • Collaborate with internal teams for successful partnership implementation. • Conduct market research to identify partnership opportunities. • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure partnership success. • Represent Blue J at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or related role. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience. • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Understanding of the tax and legal technology industry is a plus.
