Description

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ETL processes using Azure Data Factory to integrate and transform data across various platforms. • Provide technical leadership to a team of ETL developers, ensuring best practices are followed and mentoring junior team members. • Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to define data integration requirements and develop solutions that align with business objectives. • Optimize ETL pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring robust data workflows. • Oversee data integrity and accuracy throughout the ETL process, implementing quality control measures. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues, providing timely resolutions. • Document ETL processes, data flows, and technical specifications, ensuring clear communication across teams. • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data integration and ETL processes, advising on potential improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in ETL development, with at least 3 years in a lead role, focusing on Azure Data Factory. • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling and relational databases. • Experience with Microsoft Fabric is a plus. • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide a team toward success. • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Superior communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Familiarity with banking or financial services environments is an asset.
