• Developing a deep understanding the advertising industry and the process of digital ad campaign management • Cultivating a deep understanding of the customer and be able to clearly articulate their needs. • Identifying and validating new product opportunities and incorporate them into your long-term product vision. • Prioritizing and breaking down complex problems into steps that drive product design and development. • Managing tradeoffs in time, capabilities, and cost during development to achieve product goals. • Defining and evaluating product metrics to make data-driven decisions. • Communicating product plans and status to internal stakeholders. • Passionately serving as the internal and external evangelist for your product. • Analyzing competitive offerings and understand how your product is comparatively viewed by customers. • Collaborating with Basis teams to create coordinated release strategies and help everyone understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.
• At least 5 years leading a product management team, ideally in building SaaS, cloud-based applications • Ad tech experience; ideally prior experience at a company with a DSP or ad exchange/SSP
