Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior Microsoft T-SQL Developer to join our dynamic team. • Design, develop, and maintain robust T-SQL scripts and stored procedures to support complex data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. • Continuously improve database performance by expertly tuning SQL queries and stored procedures to ensure optimal efficiency. • Act as a mentor and technical leader for less experienced developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment and encouraging professional growth within the team. • Work closely with data architects and analysts to design and implement forward-thinking database solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices. • Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover trends and insights, empowering the business to make informed decisions. • Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive data-related solutions that meet evolving business needs. • Continuously expand your knowledge by staying current with the latest trends and advancements in database development and data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Microsoft T-SQL development, with a proven track record of success in leadership or mentoring roles. • Hands-on experience with Azure Managed Instances and Azure SQL DB. • Strong understanding of ETL processes and industry best practices. • Proficiency in optimizing stored procedures for peak performance. • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire other developers, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across various teams. • Microsoft SQL Server certification is a plus but not required.
