Description
• Aviya Aerospace Systems is a leader in engineering services and solutions for mission critical Aerospace and Defense applications • Immediate opening for a Hardware Engineer (Intermediate) • Join the engineering group in Mississauga • Responsible for hardware test panel development for product test, verification, and aerospace certification
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent • 4 to 7 years of relevant engineering experience required • Good working knowledge of Circuit Design, PCB Design, Power Electronics and Signal Processing • Excellent troubleshooting/debugging abilities • Ability to use diagnostics tools like Digital Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators • Familiar with FPGAs / VHDL • Familiar with microcontrollers and embedded C programming • Familiar with PCB/CAD software • Some experience with PCB Design/Assembly • Some experience with Cables and Harness Design/Assembly • Working knowledge of PCB/CAD software • Expertise in hardware design activities • Must be able to work in a team as well as independently • Very strong oral and written communication skills
