• Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies: Design and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, social media, paid advertising, webinars, and content marketing, tailored to the North American market. • Manage Field Marketing: Plan and execute field marketing events and initiatives to drive engagement and lead generation. • Customer Marketing: Develop strategies to nurture and retain existing customers through targeted marketing efforts. • Program Marketing: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing programs that support overall business goals and objectives. • Webinar Management: Organize and manage webinars to educate prospects and customers, generating leads and driving engagement. • Audience Segmentation: Identify and segment target audiences to deliver personalized and relevant messaging across all campaigns. • Optimize Campaign Performance: Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates, lower cost per lead, and increase return on ad spend (ROAS). • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with sales and other marketing team members to align on goals, messaging, and lead handoff processes. • Leverage Data and Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure campaign effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance. • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective creatives, headlines, and calls to action (CTAs), and iterate based on results. • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep informed of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and demand generation to ensure the company remains competitive in North America.
• Bachelor’s Degree: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related field. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content. • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
