• Act as a trusted advisor to customers in North America. • Achieve quarterly renewal revenue targets and drive customer adoption. • Develop strong relationships with each customer in the portfolio. • Partner with customer-facing teams to develop strategic and technical plans. • Engage in proactive customer and partner meetings to impact loyalty and revenue growth. • Qualify expansion opportunities for Sales counterparts. • Communicate customer feedback and requirements to Ataccama teams.
• 3+ years of work experience in customer-facing roles in Customer Success, Consulting, Pre Sales, Professional Services, Technical Project Management or Technical Account Management, ideally in the PaaS / SaaS environment. • Technical background and experience to become a true trusted advisor. • Understanding of customer health and cross-functional aspects such as product features. • Coordinated enterprise software onboarding and customer satisfaction strategies. • Experience working with enterprise customers and managing complex relationships. • Exceptional communicator, negotiator and problem-solver. • Team player who can work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
