Description

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, accounting operations, and tax. • Build the financial foundation that will allow the Article to scale further. • Own and present accurate and timely internal and external financial reports for senior management, board of directors, lenders, and investors.

Requirements

• Act as a business partner and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to plan, direct, and coordinate all operational accounting functions. • Continuously improving the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process. • Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and work closely with the Tax team. • Staff Management: Directly manage Accounting Managers and Senior Accountants, ensuring professional and personal growth while aligning with our Company Mission and Departmental plans.
