Description
• Lead, support, and mentor software developer and QA teams. • Own performance management, including setting OKRs and conducting performance reviews. • Manage project plans across multiple teams for on-time delivery. • Champion the technical vision for Developer Experience. • Drive adoption and integration of platform products. • Coach engineers through technical reviews and advocacy for best practices. • Stay hands-on by contributing to non-critical path code improvements.
Requirements
• 8+ years of solid engineering experience, with 3+ years of experience leading software development teams. • Proven experience managing teams of 10+ developers and delivering developer-focused products such as APIs, identity management solutions, or developer tooling. • Strong technical expertise in back-end and front-end development technologies, including Java, Node.js, SQL, and API frameworks like GraphQL. • Solid understanding of developer experience best practices, including API design, authentication, onboarding, and documentation. • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. • Familiarity with Agile development processes and cross-functional collaboration. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience.
