• Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team
• A passion for leveraging the power of machine learning and artificial intelligence to drive innovation and create tangible value. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large-scale datasets, conduct data analysis, and derive actionable insights. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Spark. • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques, including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc. • Proven experience utilizing GitHub and/or other repository systems. • Exposure to cloud platforms and big data is a plus • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and deliver high-quality presentations and reports. • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
