• Strategic leadership of the network's RFPs and proposals • Client target list research working with Business Development leads • Review and interact with inbound leads and qualify and assign prospects • Draft sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required by collaborating with functional teams • Develop best practices and efficient processes for maintaining business development assets • Report to the Business Development VP/SVP on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) pipeline results • Manage and maintain development pipeline, lead information and CRM database • Collaborate with Marketing and Communication leads to implement and execute communication and thought leadership plans building the network's profile. • Support the planning and execution of industry events
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in business development, strategy or production within a creative agency. • Strong understanding of the creative industry and client needs. • Proven track record of successfully managing RFP processes (all phases) and securing new business. • Strategic thinking capabilities. • Excellent project management skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Google Suite.
