Description

• Provide technical and subject matter expertise to innovative companies. • Collaborate with Sales to understand clients’ business needs. • Guide customers from initial engagement to long-term success with Ada. • Lead discovery sessions with customers to uncover requirements and challenges. • Deliver compelling presentations to all levels, including C-suite. • Build custom product demonstrations aligning with Ada’s strategy. • Scope and design technology integrations for customers. • Support pre-sales meetings and drive quarterly revenue goals. • Aid customers during implementation and going live. • Retain and expand existing client accounts through quarterly reviews. • Drive adoption of the platform focusing on automated resolutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of pre-sales engineering, and/or strategy/management/technology consulting experience. • Working knowledge of APIs and a common understanding of SaaS platforms (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot, etc.) • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Strong relationship-building skills as you will be required to maintain and develop technical champions across the table. Experience building relationships with VP-level stakeholders is a bonus. • Technically and analytically curious, where you demonstrate the ability to be a perpetual learner and love to make new discoveries and improve the status quo. • Reliable and resilient team player with a start-up mentality able to deliver on your commitments whilst managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced constantly-changing environment. • Generative AI implementation experience will be considered a strong asset.
