Description

• Solve problems with a user-centric approach, craft thoughtful user experiences, and design great looking products. • Collaborate and share ideas and concepts as a strategic member of a dynamic product team. • Collaborate with different disciplines. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, UX researchers, data scientists, and front-end developers to explore, build and ship your designs. You will help other disciplines understand the value design can bring to a project. • Partner closely with the Product team to create exceptional wireframes, process flows, mock-ups and other design documentation. • Champion design thinking within the product team. You will be empowered to use your knowledge of human-centred design to ensure the product is solving the right user problems. • Drive UX research to help your team develop empathy for our users and advocate for their needs. • Test and refine flows with internal & external stakeholders and users. • Work with the UI team to define and refine the patterns, templates and components that are used across the platform.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience and a passion for solving product problems while balancing all facets of a user experience (discovery and research, information architecture, prototyping, interaction design, etc.) • Strong communication and collaboration skills within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • An understanding of the end-to-end iterative design process including how to develop and use design research, job stories, journey mapping, wire-framing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals to achieve user-centric design solutions. • Proficiency in interaction design for native mobile and responsive web applications. • Experience collaborating closely with multiple disciplines including product and engineering within agile scrum. • You possess an intensely collaborative spirit that enable you share early and iterate quickly. • Proficiency with Figma, Miro, user testing frameworks, and other UX design / prototyping tools. • You know that good design requires research, multiple iterations, and attention to detail. • You have a strong portfolio of related projects and believe that your best work is still ahead of you.
