• Bachelor’s Degree • 10+ years experience in human resources specializing in multiple HR disciplines • Experience with labor and employment law in multiple jurisdictions • Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework • Ability to work onsite at Vancouver, WA office for minimally 25% of the time
