• As the Partnership Manager in the Proptech space, you will be responsible for establishing and managing strategic partnerships with a third-party organization across the GTA. • Your primary focus will be on building relationships and supporting our partner where you will be responsible for managing the relationship with Account Executives of the third-party partner team of 10-15 reps. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within third party partner organizations, understanding their needs and challenges, and positioning our resident app as the solution. • Coordinate and liaison booking of demos with third party partner. This requires virtual and on-site tours as required. • Develop a deep understanding of our resident app's features, benefits, and value proposition to effectively communicate its advantages to potential clients. • Collaborate with partners to develop effective sales and marketing strategies, providing the necessary resources and support to achieve sales targets. • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, regularly reporting on results and making data-driven recommendations for improvements. • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless collaboration with partners and meet customer requirements. • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management in HubSpot.
• 5+ years of experience • Previous experience working with a SaaS company is an asset • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for technology and innovation • Valid Passport: Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events • Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
