Description

• Reporting on the interim to the VP, Operations, with a dotted line to the CEO • Responsible for assisting in the creation of and the implementation of 1VALET's financial strategy • Accountable for the day-to-day operations of the finance team • Aligning 1VALET's finance and accounting processes to industry standard and legal compliance • Develop an executable strategy for the finance function including audit functions • Establish profitability standards for investment activities and handle mergers and/or acquisitions • Manage capital asset acquisition to ensure proper recording and amortization

Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in the finance domain • A CPA designation • Experience working in a start-up environment, SaaS environment preferred • Executive presence, comfortable delivering/leading executive presentations • Demonstrable ASPE/IFRS/US GAAP • Fluently bilingual (French/English) mandatory • Experience in multi-national accounting and structuring • NetSuite or ERP experience
