Description
We’re looking for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our growing team. Our Business development team partners closely with our Sales Executives to drive our outbound sales efforts. As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility is to generate sales pipeline through multi-channel prospecting including emails, cold calling, video, and social outreach. This is a Remote opportunity within Canada. You will research and prospect into target accounts with the goal of generating interest and booking meetings with our Sales Executive team. You will get to know 1Password and what challenges it solves for our customers and users. You will leverage an industry-leading software stack in your outbound prospecting, including Salesforce, Outreach, and Linkedin Sales Navigator. You will try new things – if something isn’t working, you’ll be encouraged to be creative and to try new tactics and strategies.
Requirements
• 1 or more years of relevant professional experience with prospecting, cold calling, emailing, networking, and researching • Strong sense of curiosity and ability to uncover business initiatives and challenges • Effective problem solver • Strong business acumen • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Motivated individual who is driven to achieve goals and demonstrate persistence • Growth mindset and positive attitude • Bonus: experience in the SaaS industry or worked within the Security or IT space • Bonus: personal experience with 1Password as it will help quickly gain confidence in this role
